This is NOT acceptable by any means.Īgain I find myself in this situation where I shot myself in the foot because I didn't think to look in the forms for issues - who would have even thought to look for lag issues at that?! You can see the lag outright when even moving your mouse over recent projects list in the VS start page. I'm a developer who is primarily using Visual Studio during the day. I even experience it on dual external Apple Cinema Display (1920x1200) monitors. So what ever was addressed in this build does not resolve the drag-lag issue in Full Screen. But I just noticed the screen drag lag is horrible in my Win10 VM under PD 12.1.1 (41491). Just this weekend I figured I would upgrade as there have been some fixes to the OS etc. I was running Parallels Desktop 12 on OSX (macOS) El Capitan w/o any lag issues. Parallels version: ParallelsDesktop-12.0.1-41296.dmg In previous version like Parallels 11, under Options -> Full Screen, one can chose 'Use OS X Full Screen', or not. This is because in Parallels 12, Options, the Full Screen setting is now missing.
#Problems with parallels desktop 12 with sierra mac os x#
Keystroke of control-option to bring up Parallels menu no longer available.
This is the first time ever that I have to DOWNGRADE my Parallels installation. Any scrolling is laggy, mouse right click to bring up menu is laggy, selecting item on menu is laggy. Moving windows on Windows 10 screen is extremely laggy. Thank god someone else is having the exact problem with Parallel 12.
